# Add Colleagues to a Project

Grillo manages who belongs to each project. To add or remove someone, or change their role, [contact Grillo Support](/support/contact) with:

- The project name
- Each person's name and email address
- The role each person needs: **Member**, or **Admin** if they will edit sensors or update firmware. See [Roles](/dashboard/organizations#roles).

Grillo sends each new person an invitation email. They follow the link and sign up with the invited address; see [Create an Account](/dashboard/account/creating-account).

## If an invitation does not arrive

- Ask the person to check spam or filtered mail.
- Check the address you gave Grillo.
- Contact Grillo Support to send it again.

## Removing someone

When someone leaves your team, ask Grillo Support to remove them. They lose access to the project's sensors and data straight away. People can also remove themselves from **Account**, using **Leave** next to the project.
