Standard warranty
Grillo hardware products are covered by a limited warranty:

What's covered
The warranty covers defects in:
- Materials
- Workmanship
- Manufacturing defects
Under normal use conditions.
What's not covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from accidents or misuse
- Damage from improper installation
- Damage from power surges
- Damage from exposure to elements (except Pulse outdoor rating)
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from unauthorized modifications
- Cosmetic damage
Making a warranty claim
Step 1: Contact support
Before returning any product:
- Email support@grillo.io
- Include:
- Serial number
- Purchase date/proof of purchase
- Description of the problem
- Photos if applicable
Step 2: Troubleshooting
Our support team will help troubleshoot to determine if the issue is covered under warranty or can be resolved without replacement.
Step 3: Return authorization
If replacement is needed:
- We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
- You'll receive return shipping instructions
- Return the product in original or equivalent packaging
Step 4: Replacement
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product:
- If defect is confirmed, we'll ship a replacement
- If not covered by warranty, we'll contact you with options

Grillo's liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. Grillo is not liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Lost data
- Business interruption
- Other consequential damages
