Welcome to Grillo Documentation
Grillo provides affordable, IoT-enabled seismic sensors that empower communities and organizations to build their own earthquake monitoring networks.
Two ways to use Grillo
Grillo supports two deployment modes — choose based on your needs:
- Full Cloud — Grillo Cloud ingests all data and handles earthquake detection, alerting, and visualization. Ideal for turnkey deployments.
- Hybrid (Cloud + On-Premise) — Use Grillo Cloud for device monitoring, but send seismic data to your own server for processing with Earthworm, MiniSEED, or other tools via coap2seis.
