Billing and Account

Billing​

Project owners can open Billing in the Project group of the sidebar. Admins and members see "Only project owners can see billing for this project."

Billing shows:

  • Current Plan: the project's plan
  • Billing method: Stripe for card payments, Invoiced under contract, or Internal project, not billed
  • Contract: the contract's start and end dates, and the time left

From 60 days before the contract ends, owners also see the days left under the project name in the sidebar. Select it to open Billing.

Projects paid by card​

Projects billed through Stripe also show:

  • Subscription: its status, such as Active or Payment overdue, and when it renews or ends
  • Next invoice: the amount and date
  • Payment method: the card on file
  • Invoices: past invoices, each with a View link

Select Manage billing to update your card or download invoices. It opens Stripe's secure billing portal.

Change your plan or contract​

Grillo changes plans and contracts for you. To upgrade, renew, or change a plan, contact Grillo. Prices are on the Grillo pricing page.

If no plan has been set, Billing shows No plan assigned.

Account​

Open Account from the user menu at the bottom of the sidebar. It shows your name and email, and lists the projects you belong to. Use Leave to remove yourself from a project.

Language​

Choose Language in the user menu to switch between English and French.
